Job Description: Foreman Electrician at $25-$29/Hr

Responsibilities of the Foreman Electrician

Requirements for the Foreman Electrician Position
- Education and Certifications: High school diploma or equivalent, a valid Electrician’s License, and OSHA 10 Hour certification are required. Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish) and additional certifications in project management are considered a plus.
- Experience: A minimum of 10 years in the electrical field with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably overseeing commercial/residential construction projects.
- Technical and Leadership Skills: Applicants must demonstrate in-depth knowledge of electrical systems and codes, proficiency with project management tools, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to lead effectively under pressure.
- Additional Skills: The position requires the ability to work in diverse environments, manage conflict, and make crucial decisions swiftly. Familiarity with project management software and tools is advantageous.
